If the sound is not quite right, CHECK YOUR CABLE CONNECTIONS! Each connection must be firmly “clicked” in place in order to make a good connection and function properly. A loose connection can cause a loss of sound in one or both earbud speakers, and may cause the other person to not hear you.
If the cable connections are good and you are still having trouble, the extension cable may be faulty or broken, so please contact us for a replacement.
