A coiled extension cable is used to connect between the headset and the Bluetooth transceiver. It is made with inline filters to reduce the microphone sensitivity, as many riders tend to talk loudly while riding at speed. Also, this cable ensures a positive connection to the Bluetooth unit, with a slightly longer 4 segment plug. The right-angled end goes into the Bluetooth unit and the straight end connects with the Neckmike headset.
