If you cannot hear your music or the person at the other end of a Bluetooth intercom or phone call, CHECK YOUR CABLE CONNECTIONS! Each connection must be firmly “clicked” in place in order to make a good connection and function properly. A loose connection can cause a loss of sound in one or both earbud speakers, and may cause the other person to not hear you.

Also, if you are having trouble hearing, check to see that the volume is turned up on the Bluetooth unit and/or smartphone.

If the cable connections are good and you are still having trouble, the extension cable may be faulty or broken, so please contact us for a replacement.
